The set is beautiful and within 5 minutes of receiving it, my 4 year old son and I were playing cards and drinking tea at it. In fact, my son will only eat at he table unless he is eating outside. My son and 18 month old daughter have enjoyed playing at the table and in the little space it creates under the table (aka the little house). My son often exclaims, “this is made of recycled wood”! and the visitors that we have had this week love it. Our dining room had been pretty much empty since we moved in in January and now it is a really special place in our house. I had really looked at a lot of tables before I came upon your website, and it is has been exactly what I had in mind (and more). It was really important to me to use something made of local/natural wood/ recycled wood, but with two young kids I did not want to thousands of dollars...your table was exactly what I wanted and at a price I thought I would never find... And last, but not least, it has been a real pleasure communicating with you. I purchased my 6ft long double pedestal table in espesso from Modern Rust. I can’t be more happy with my decision. Not only was it the most affordable option out there, but it is a table that will a lifetime and go with many different décor aestetics. It’s strong and sturdy, and is the focal point of my home. As you walk through the front door you can see straight through into the dining room where the table sits. It’s a great conversation piece and is very unique. I also love the benches on the side of it, as you can fit as little or as many people as you like. Shadi was very transparent during the order process and it was delivered on time, in perfect condition and was delivered by a very friendly and accomodating company.
